Google Accounts Info - Year 8s

At the start of the 2025 school year, Year 8 students' gmail accounts will be disabled. This will mean students will no longer be able to send or receive emails using their school account, but will still be able to access all other components.

Google Takeout is enabled now. This allows students to extract all files from Google Drive. Your child will need to sign in to their account and go to the following link for further instructions.

Students will have until the end of February 2025 to complete this, before their Somerville Intermediate account is completely removed.
