A warm welcome to the Somerville Intermediate School community.

A very special welcome to all our new families. The first day went very smoothly, after the disruption to the start date for the school year. Below is a snapshot of Day One 2023.

It is wonderful to finally get the new school year underway. Our staff are to be congratulated on their hard work and dedication that have ensured a very smooth start to the year. The students have settled quickly and already, there is a lovely tone in the school.

We have a strong focus on ensuring a broad, stimulating and future-focused education for our students. The school motto: “the best you can be” captures our aspirations and purpose simply and eloquently.
