On Monday 7 November, the girls had their SEZ cricket tournament at Howick Pakuranga Cricket Club in Lloyd Elsmore Park.

We played against 4 other schools. Each game was 8 overs and lasted around 45 mins. The weather was fine with sunshine, clouds and a nice drizzle.

Our first game was against Mission Heights. We had incredible hits and runs, getting 63 runs in total. There were also a lot of wickets by catching and bowling. The second game was against BBI, which we narrowly won by a few runs. Our third game was against St Kents which we won comfortably. The final game was against Farm Cove. We were focused and eager to end with a strong win. Overall we had lots of fun and earned a well deserved first place finish, winning all of our matches.

Thanks to Miss Naidoo, Mr Greenwood, Millar O and our parent helpers, Emma and Lisa, for their support.
